Two weeks ago, we had two South Dakota Chings show up at the door for a very fun visit. Erik's cousin Larry and wife Terra, who own a dairy farm in Castlewood, SD, had driven to Tampa to visit Larry's brother Gerald (also Erik's cousin). They were on their drive back home and came through Greenville and it was wonderful to reconnect with (Erik) and meet (me) them and get to spend two evenings over dinner and by the fire talking, talking, talking. They stayed with Grandma and Grandpa Ching and even got to take a trip to the Cowpens battlefield (American Revolution) on reenactment day. We wanted to learn lots about the farm and we did and also heard all about the Ching family. It couldn't have been a better visit.

They gave Anders a farm book, which he loves. Here he is in a rare moment of smiling for the camera. Usually he says "no take my picture."
Anders and I are always looking for free fun. One of our favorite things to do is go to Lowe's or Home Depot and sit on all the lawnmower tractors. Here he is on one sunny day.
Grandma Ching is a pro at giving Halle bottles, and Smash usually likes to join in on the snuggle time. Halle is also becoming a pro- at taking bottles. We are mega happy about that news!
