Rob and Jaime's wedding weekend was one week ago (August 27-29), and what a weekend it was. I don't think they could have asked for better weather, a more fun event, or a happier occasion. Their many wonderful friends and large, loving families were there to help them celebrate their commitment. Everything really did seem to go off without any snafus, and come Sunday the bride and groom were headed to Bermuda to relax while the rest of us sought sleep! I'll post some rehearsal dinner pics first. We had a delicious dinner and fun evening at Brick Street Cafe after rehearsing at Covenant United Methodist.

Here are Beth, Becca and Mikel Anna. These three ladies are not only beautiful, they are multi-talented! Beth helped organize the rehearsal dinner and also prepped a fabulous post-wedding Sunday brunch with her mom, Jayne. Rob and Jaime felt so lucky to have both Becca and Mikel Anna sing in the wedding. And, while they sang, Uncle Carl and cousin Bo played all the wedding music.... before, during and after the ceremony. Well, they played all the music except for one song -- Pops played No Other Love on the piano, and that's the same song he played for mom at their wedding. It was a family affair, and the music truly did make the service. Carl, Bo, Becca and Mikel Anna practiced for many hours, and they were impeccable.
