We wait with great anticipation for Anders' arrival into the world. It's exciting to think that he'll be here in the next few days, and we can hardly wait. Not knowing when he'll arrive is an aspect of pregnancy I had not thought of before. So rarely in life are we not able to plan to the tiniest detail the events and activities of each day -- so rarely in fact that I cannot think of an appropriate analogy. It's fun to wait with great excitement, not knowing if it will be today or a week from today.
